一，项目产生背景
现在很多地区人民生活节奏快，压力大，每天除了正常8小时工作外，还经常加班，许多时候可能劳累的工作了一天后回家却发现家里连日常使用的日用品都没有了，这时候却苦于时间太晚，已经懒得出门采购，而工作繁忙，可能要过很久后才有空出门采购东西，这时候大部分人都会想，要是能打个电话就有人把这些需要的东西送上门来多好，而且是当天或者几个小时后就可以送到。
现在智能手机已经基本取代了传统的手机，手机购物也越来越普及，现今基本上还是60，70后当家占多数，在网购所占比例还不明显，过了五年甚至十年，80，90后当家，网购会成为一种趋势。
每当出去逛超市，却发现停车位难找，遇到节假日的时候却发现超市结账处排着长长的队伍，等待结账的急切的心情，心里还在想这下回家做饭都多晚了啊，要是可以不用排队就买到东西多好啊。
