一、2010年上半年工作计划
3月份：

“成长记录袋”，制定较为完善的考核评估制度，加强工作室日常活动的制度建设管理，建立健全充满活力、富有效率、更加开放的工作室工作机制，使工作室的活动规范化、制度化、科学化。鼓励每位成员始终保持积极向上的精神面貌和工作作风。

，充实个人博客，进一步搭建成员之间交流的平台，开展多种形式的教研活动。各成员要把教育教学中的困惑或经验、心得及时传到网页或博客上，以利于资源共享。
，互相听课、评课，把活动开展情况和个人教学设计分别发到学校网站和个人博客上。在课堂教学中着力打造李萍和孙功芹老师，争取参加区、市级优质课评选并取得优异成绩，为下一步评选市级教学能手做铺垫。
，每个成员必须承担一项子课题，根据工作室的总实施方案，每位成员制定出自己的实验计划，注重过程性材料的积累，学期结束前写出阶段性总结。主持人与各成员要及时交流课题研究中遇到的问题和进展情况。
5月份：
继续开展读书活动，让读书成为一种习惯。本学期必读书目：《“345”优质高效课堂教学设计与案例评析》；推荐书目：李秀伟的《好教师教学的8大智慧》、李希贵的《为了自由呼吸的教育》等，尽量每周写一篇有关读书或教育教学随笔类的博客日志，5月中旬举行全校范围的读书论坛活动。
6月份：
，对过程性材料进行整理归档。
，推荐工作室新成员，引领更多的优秀教师参加教育教学科研工作，并吸收她们成为工作室的一分子。
