I 摘要拉拔机是拉拔设备的一种,利用钢丝绳循环往复工作,实现工作设备的拉拔功能。为了进一步做好拉拔机的改进工作,本文设计了一种液压钢丝绳拉拔机。液压钢丝绳拉拔机主要有电动机、联轴器、变速器、卷筒、拉拔小车等组成,整个系统具有方便灵活,外形尺寸小,使用方便,价格较低等优点受到越来越多的欢迎。文中首先对拉拔机运输的现状及其在国内外的发展情况和运输过程中的传动系统进行了简要说明,并且分析了拉拔的金属学和力学原理;其次详细地说明了该拉拔机的结构特点和整个拉拔系统传动结构的原理,并对该拉拔机中各部件进行设计、计算和校核,经校核计算得出各部件强度均满足要求等;同时最后对拉拔机的相关结构进行了有限元分析与优化。关键词拉拔力金属学原理传动系统优化设计燕山大学本科生毕业设计(论文) II Abstract Drawing machine isonof the drawing device s, which use wire cycle work , and work equipment drawing functions. In order to further improve the drawing machine improvements , this paper designed a hydraulic wire drawing machine. Hydraulic wire rope pulling machine main motor , coupling , gearbox , roll , pull trolleys and ponents , the entire system has a convenient and flexible , small size , easy to use , low price , etc. are more and more popular. This paper first drawing machine transport situation and developments at home and abroad in the process of transmission and transport a brief description and analysis of the drawing of the metal and mechanical principles; followed by detailed description of the drawing machine structural features and the whole principle of drawing system transmission structure and the ponents of the drawing machine design , calculation and verification ,by checking the calculated intensity of the ponents meet the requirements; while Finally drawing machine related to the finite element structural analysis and optimization.
