1 石仙桃叶化学成分研究作者:林丽聪张怡评吴春敏王勇【摘要】目的研究兰科石仙桃属植物石仙桃叶的化学成分。方法应用色谱和光谱分析方法分离和鉴定化学成分。结果从石仙桃叶子醋酸乙酯部分分离到 7 个化合物, 分别鉴定为: 4-( 4- 羟基- 苄基)苯酚①,原儿茶醛②,天麻苷元③, 对羟基苯甲醛④,β- 胡萝卜苷⑤, Cyclopholidone ⑥, Cyclopholidonol ⑦。结论化合物 1~4 为首次从该属植物分离得到;化合物 5 为首次从该种植物中分离得到。【关键词】石仙桃化学成分兰科 Abstract : ObjectiveTo investigate the chemical constituents of Pholidota chinensis Lindl . pounds were isolated by repeated silica gel chromatography, and were elucidated by chemical and spectral analysis. pounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extraction of the leaf of . and identified as 2 4,4 ’-Dihydroxydiphenylmethane ①, Protocatechuic aldehyde ②, p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol ③, p-hydroxybenzaldehyde ④, β-daucosterol ⑤, Cyclopholidone ⑥ and Cyclopholidonol ⑦.ConclusionFor the first time, compounds I~ IV were isolated from Pholidota pound V was isolated from Pholidota chinensis Lindl ..
