1 临床护士医疗锐器伤调查分析及防护【摘要】目的了解临床护士锐器伤的发生情况,并探讨相应的防护对策。方法对我市五家医院的部分临床护士发放问卷调查表,进行回顾性调查后行统计分析。结果 167 名护士 1 年内均发生过不同程度的锐器伤, 发生率达 100%; 发生针刺伤共 516 次,年刺伤率人均 次; 安瓿玻璃损伤 176 次,年刺伤率人均 次; 其他如刀、剪等损伤 66 次, 年人均 次。结论护理人员面临锐器损伤的职业危险, 各方面应采取对策, 以期进一步加强护理人员对锐器损伤的防范意识, 实施有效的防范措施, 保证护理人员的身心健康。【关键词】临床护士; 医疗锐器伤; 调查; 防护[Abstract] Objective To understood the situation of sharp instrument wound to clinical nurse and discuss the corresponding protection We provided the questionnaire survey form to five hospitals ’ part clinical nurses in our city and carried on the review investigation next 2 by statistical 167 nurses in1 year had the varying degree sharp instrument wound and the formation rate reached 100%.
