1 二氧化氯消毒剂杀菌效果影响因素的研究作者:刘秀岩陈西平丁培孙宗科【关键词】二氧化氯【摘要】目的为了解 pH 值、有机物对二氧化氯消毒剂杀菌效果的影响, 对其进行了实验室杀菌效果及稳定性等实验观察。方法二氧化氯消毒剂经 54℃温箱存放 14d , 采用丙二酸- 碘量法, 测定二氧化氯含量与存放前比较。通过调节二氧化氯消毒剂溶液的 pH 和在菌悬液中加入小牛血清,进行悬液定量杀菌试验。结果经 54℃温箱存放 14d , pH 值 ~ ,二氧化氯含量下降率为 % ~ % 不等。 25mg/L 二氧化氯, 作用 5min , pH 值为 ~ 时, 对大肠杆菌杀灭率为 % ~ % ,对金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率为 % ~ % 。 1000mg/L 二氧化氯,作用 10min , pH 值为 ~ , 对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭率为 % ~ % 。芽孢悬液中含 25% 和 50% 小牛血清, 对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭效果有影响。结论二氧化氯消毒剂 pH 值低于 时,稳定性较差。杀菌能力随溶液 pH 值升高和有机物含量的增加而下降。 2 关键词二氧化氯消毒剂杀菌效果影响因素稳定性 pH 有机物【 Abstract 】 Objective In order to know the germicidal efficacy of chlorine dioxide disinfectant under the inˉ fluence of pH anic substance , thEir germicidal efficacy and stability were observed in The stability of chlorine dioxide disinfectant was observed after storing at54 ℃ test was made by adjusting The descending rate of chlorine dioxide content ranged %% , and pH ranged storing at54 ℃ , the killing rates of Escherichia coli and us aureus exposed to the solution containing chlorine dioxide25mg/L for5min %% , %%.The killing rate of Spores of exposed to the solution contenting chlorine dioxide1000mg/L for10min was %%.Presence contenting25%and50%calf serum in the spore suspension had influence on its germicidal The stability of chlo ˉ rine dioxide disinfectant decreases with decreasing of pH.
