1 浅谈自拟舒心活血汤治疗冠心病 30 例临床疗效观察【摘要】目的观察舒心活血汤治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法将 58 例冠心病患者随机分为 2 组,治疗组 30 例服用我院自拟的舒心活血汤;对照组 28 例服用硝酸异山梨酯、复方丹参片等。4 周后通过观察两组患者的心绞痛发作次数、心电图及症状改善情况,比较两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组在心绞痛发作次数、心电图及症状改善方面明显优于对照组。结论舒心活血汤治疗冠心病有确切疗效,值得临床上进一步应用、推广、研究。蕌【关键词】舒心逐瘀汤;冠心病;中医药疗法 Clinical observation of shu xin huo xue decoction in the treatment of 30 cases coronary heart disease ( CHD ) 【 Abstract 】 Objective To observe the effect of Shu Xin Huo Xue decoction in the treatment of 58cases of patients with CHD were randomized into two groups . 30 cases in the therapeutic group took Shu Xin Huo Xue decoction , and 28 Cases in the control group took Isosorbide Dinitrate 、 pound Danshen tablets and so weeks later , the attack times of anginapectoris , ECG , and the improvements of symptoms of the patients in the two groups were observed for parison of the effects . Results The attack times 、 ECG and the improvements of symptoms of thetherapeutic group was better than that of the control group . Conclusion Shu Xin Huo Xue decoction is effective in the treatment of angina pectoris .蕌【 Key words 】 Shu Xin Huo Xue decoction ; CHD ; traditional Chinese Medicine treatment .冠心病是好发于中老年患者的一种常见病、多发病。冠心病,包括冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病和冠状动脉痉挛, 其中心绞痛是冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的一个常见临床类型。目前随着人民生活节奏的加快, 冠心病的发病率逐年升高, 而且越趋年轻化。因此, 对冠心病、心绞痛的防治已成为中西医工作者研究的重要课题。中医药在治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病方面取得了一定得优势,自 2009 年2月至 201 0年5 月采用我院自拟的舒心活血汤治疗冠心病30例, 并与单纯西药治疗 28 例
