1 胸部锐器贯通伤 60 例临床分析【摘要】目的提高胸部锐器贯通伤的抢救成功率。方法回顾性分析 199 8年1月~200 5年12 月收治的60 例胸部锐器贯通伤病人的临床资料。结果急诊手术 53例, 胸腔闭式引流 7 例,无死亡和严重并发症。结论胸部锐器贯通伤伤势差异大, 受伤部位和伤道手指探查对伤势判断有重要价值, 对病情危重和特殊部位的患者应遵循抢救、诊断、治疗并重的原则, 正确把握手术时机可获得满意的治疗效果。【关键词】胸部损伤;创伤;贯通性 Clinic analysis of 60 cases of the sharp rating wounds in the chest 【 Abstract 】 Objective To improve the survival of the sharp rating wounds in the 60 cases which were treated from Jan 1996 to Dec 2005 were Among 53 cases who urderwent the urgent cases who urderwent the intercostal drains,there is no mortality rating wounds in the chest have obvious is wound place and exploration performed 2 by finger that will be of great value to to the principle that rescue should bined with diagnosis and treatment,we should catch the right time to perform urgent operations on the patients who are ina bad then you will get a satisfied result. 【 Key words 】 chest injuries;wounds;rating 1996 年1月~2005 年 12 月我院收治胸部锐器贯通伤患者 60 例,其中 7 例行胸腔闭式引流, 53 例急诊剖胸,现就其诊断和急救治疗情况进行总结讨论如下。 1 临床资料 一般资料本组共 60 例患者,男 48 例,女 12 例,年龄 17~56 岁,致伤原因:匕首及尖刀刺伤 56 例,红缨枪刺伤1例, 剪刀刺伤 2例, 斩骨刀砍伤 1例。致伤部位:右胸 9例, 左胸 41例, 双侧 5例, 合并其他部位刺伤 5例。受伤后就诊时间 20~ 60min 。 临床表现胸闷、呼吸困难 21例( 35% ), 口渴、脉快、面色苍白、手足湿冷 39例( 65% ), 其中 29 例就诊时血压低 3 于 90/60mmHg ( % ) ,伴急性心包填塞 13 例。 治疗方法及结果清创缝合及胸腔闭式引流 7例( %
