摘要本文阐述了 KZI — 角接触轴承防尘盖复合模的结构设计过程及其工作过程。按照冲压模具设计的一般步骤,首先对产品进行了详细工艺分析和工艺方案的确定,采用落料、冲孔、翻边等工序进行加工;其次是根据对产品的工艺分析设计出本套模具的主要工作零部件的形状,查阅参考文献计算出工作零件的尺寸,定出其公差等级要求;再次选取本套模具的标准件,如上、下模座,导柱, 导套等;确定模具压力中心,选取合适的冲压设备;最后对工作零部件和压力规格进行必要的校核计算。通过对工件工艺分析、模具工作零部件设计及标准件选取后,首先对主要的工作零件以及非标零件进行二维图的绘制,并且绘制本套模具的装配图;其次对主要工作零件的加工进行工艺卡片的编制。本模具结构简单,性能可靠,工作平稳,提高了生产率,降低了劳动强度和生产成本。关键字:复合模; 落料; 冲孔; 翻边 ABSTRACT This article elaborated KZI, contact bearing dust posite die structure design process and the working process.
