卫生监督协管工作计划
为切实加大基本公共卫生服务卫生监督协管工作力度，提升卫生监督效果，保证卫生监督质量，保障广大人民群众身体健康与生命安全，根据《国家基本公共卫生服务规范》（2011年版），制定2013年度卫生监督协管工作计划。
一、指导思想：
2013年基本公共卫生服务卫生监督协管工作要以“三个代表”重要思想和科学发展观为指引，紧紧围绕十七大提出的“逐步实施城乡公共卫生均等化”这一总体目标，努力开展食品安全、生活饮用水安全、学校卫生、公共场所、医疗服务市场等各项卫生监督协管工作，保障本地区广大人民群众身体健康。
二、工作目标：
通过基本公共卫生服务卫生监督协管工作的有效开展，进一步提高本地区公共卫生安全水平，有效杜绝重大公共卫生安全事件的发生，探索建立基本公共卫生服务卫生监督协管工作长效机制，着力提升基本公共卫生服务总体水平与质量。
三、工作内容：
1、掌握辖区范围内食品经营、存在职业危害因素企业、集中式供水单位、学校、诊所、公共场所等本底资料；
2、配合上级卫生监督部门开展从业人员卫生知识培训工作，帮助发放培训通知、教材等资料，并协助将培训资料整理归档；
3、收集食品安全、生活饮用水安全、非法行医和非法采供血、学校卫生等相关信息，并及时上报给上级卫生监督部门；

4、协助开展食品安全综合协调及生活饮用水、公共场所、学校、医疗市场的卫生监督监测工作；
5、协助指导学校设立卫生宣传栏、开展学生健康教育；
6、做好本地区职业病防治的卫生咨询、宣传工作。
四、工作方法：
在基本公共卫生服务卫生监督协管工作中，采取配合协管、上下联动、沟通协调的方法，以上级卫生监督部门开展监督执法为主、卫生协管人员提供信息引导陪同为辅的工作思路，切实将本地区卫生监督协管工作扎实深入推进。
五、工作措施：
1、加强领导、落实责任。基本公共卫生服务卫生监督协管工作是实现“公共卫生服务均等化”目标的重要手段与方法，因此必须高度重视，进一步加强组织领导，强化卫生监督协管工作的分工落实，有计划、有步骤、有保障的扎实推进。
2、科学安排、有序推进。为确保各项卫生监督协管工作扎实稳步推进，要对全年协管工作进行科学安排，排列任务计划进度表，提高工作完成的计划性、协调性。
