Upon the information from Merchandising / Sourcing team, QA Co-ordinator will contact factory representative to confirm the date of QA visit and travel arrangement
从跟单部门或采购部门获悉验厂时间后，QA管理员将同工厂代表确认验厂日期并安排行程。
Merchandising team will prepare the QA folder and pass to QA Co-ordinator every Friday the week prior to the date QA visit confirmed
