由“十八大〞对今后团委工作的建议
随着十八大的胜利召开，为让广阔同学认真学习贯彻党的十八大精神，在此对新学期的团委工作提出以下建议：
进一步提升精神状态
党的十八大报告中提出党的建设整体布局是“全面加强党的思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、反腐倡廉建设、制度建设〞。强国必先强教，加强教师队伍建设，提高老师们的综合素质和综合能力,在团委的学生工作中，就要以想干事、能干事的良好精神状态投入到日常的学生工作中，增强工作的敏锐性和主动性。做到思想上同心、工作上合心、生活上关心，形成心齐气顺、风正劲足、团结和谐的干事气氛。
进一步重视基层根底工作
以增强团员的凝聚力为目标，不断稳固和扩大青年群众根底。党的十八大指出“建设学习型、效劳型、创新型的马克思主义执政党〞，而校团委的学生工作就是以“效劳同学〞为主体，应关心团员青年需求，积极反响大家的合理诉求，并必须充分发挥基层党、团组织推动开展、效劳群众、凝聚人心、促进和谐的作用。
注重工作创新
党的十八大指出“建设学习型、效劳型、创新型的马克思主义执政党〞，因此团委的学生工作在创新方面应再有突破，要让学生们在团委下属的团员干部的带着下，勇于探索，大胆创新，树立一个积极向上、不断进取的学生工作形象。
