关于早餐方便粥营业的数据分析
摘 要
当今时代，社会日新月异，人们的生活水平越来越好，早餐是否更有营养价值就成了人民的共同话题。我们根据题目提供的某超市销售三家厂商43种品牌的早餐方便粥营养的具体数据 。通过运用数学推理、matlab、spss软件、yaahp分析等软件的辅助计算，进而判断是否可以找出哪个厂商生产更“有营养〞〔高蛋白、低脂肪、高纤维、低糖等〕的早餐方便粥。
方法一：根据题意可以直接从ABC三个厂商的早餐粥的不同方面〔高蛋白质，高纤维素，低脂肪，低糖〕来判断营养问题。首先分析在热量一定的情况下，根据不同厂商的每一种早餐粥的蛋白质、纤维素、脂肪、糖的比重为不同，再把各品牌的数据进行加权平均分析以及各项数据的波动方差，然后得出一组蛋白质、纤维素、脂肪、糖数值的数据，最后通过比较最终的数据，可以判断出ＡＢＣ三个商家哪个更有营养。
方法二：从ＡＢＣ三个厂商的早餐粥的不同方面〔热量，蛋白质，脂肪，钠，纤维，碳水化合物，糖，钾〕来判断营养问题。首先要分别对ＡＢＣ三个厂商的数据标准化处理，然后用主成分分析法，分析出Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ三个厂商的主成分即：热量、蛋白质、脂肪以及所占比例。最后赋予各个厂商相应的权值，从而可以科学的判断出Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ三个商家的产品哪个更有营养。
