三、毕业生就业思想指导工作
学院一直努力在为我院毕业生搭建一个良好的外部就业平台，但通过几次招聘会现场的就业协议签订情况及毕业生与订单企业签订就业协议的情况看，最终成功率不高。导致这种情况的主要原因是毕业生在择业观上存在心理误区，主要表现为期望值过高、角色错位、急功近利、同伴攀比等误区。针对这种情况，我院先后为2007年毕业生召开了专场“毕业生就业辅导座谈会”，对毕业生进行了择业前的心理辅导、职业生涯规划、求职技巧训练等辅导培训工作。院党委李书记也多次为毕业生召开就业动员大会，对毕业生讲明就业形势，号召毕业生要认清自身情况，找准自身定位。
四、各专业毕业生就业情况
目前，内蒙古工业大学乌海学院毕业生334人，已就业且签订就业协议112人，已就业未签订就业协议89人，未就业118人，升本15人；乌海职业技术学院毕业生118人，已就业且签订就业协议79人，已就业未签订就业协议39人，全部就业（具体情况参见附表）。
五、总结
目前，学院有118名毕业生没有找到就业单位，我们将继续联系用人单位。为这部分毕业生解决困难，同时要做好这部分毕业生的就业思想工作，认清就业形势，从个人情况出发，使他们树立正确的择业观。同时，要归档整理2007年毕业生的就业档案。
