2、开展“三大活动”，利用远程教育站点集中党员学习收看党的十八大和省的第十次党代会实况转播、《党章》、先进典型专题片等,并落实到各村点组长头上，西洼村由殷凡负责，雨洼村由拉姆负责，那拉岗村由罗小龙负责，水洼村由郎则尼玛负责，俄扎村由泽仁拥章负责，白格村由丹继龙负责，浪充村由布启负责。各村大学生村官协助各点组长开展工作。
3、积极探索和完善运用信息化手段开展“三学三强”基层党员素质提升的措施办法并建好“四大课堂”。
总结提升阶段
在10月底至11月中旬，乡党委要认真总结实施“三学三强”基层党员教育培训取得的工作成效和经验做法，分析查找存在的突出问题，明确下一步努力方向，形成总结报告，并把成功做法和经验用制度固定下来，形成长效机制。我乡将根据县上要求对全乡实施“三学三强”基层党员素质提升工程情况进行专项考核。并通过召开座谈会、走访党员群众、发放问卷调查等方式，对“三学三强”进行满意度测评。根据测评结果，进一步完善整改措施，对群众满意度不高的进行补课，限期整改。
