（四）参与市场营销策划方案的设计和既定营销方案的组织实施。
（五）接受客户融资申请，对申请人负债能力和融资保证条件进行调查，测定融资风险度，撰写前期调查报告，并按规定程序上报审查。融资项目经审批同意后，按规定办理手续，确保所有文件完整有效。
（六）负责融资项目的管理工作，关注借款人债务偿还能力的变化及保证条款的变化情况，针对危及我行债权安全的风险因素和风险隐患，及时采取措施防范和化解风险，并向有关部门和领导汇报。
第八条 中级以上客户经理具有指导和帮助低级别客户经理的义务，特别是在办理融资类业务以及保函、承兑等中间业务时，要指导和帮助低级别客户经理规范操作流程、识别和规避风险，满足客户需求；并且承担客户经理培训内训师职责。
第九条 客户经理必须参加有关的培训，并在培训考核中达到合格以上。
第十条 初级客户经理在行使本办法规定的融资业务管理职责时，原则上不能独立作为主办责任人。
第四章 客户经理的任职资格
第十一条 客户经理必须为我行正式员工（C类员工），现有在

第十二条 客户经理主要由以下四类人员组成：
