第八条 新生入学后，学校在三个月内按照国家招生规定对其进行复查。复查合格者正式取得学籍。复查不合格者，由学校区别情况，予以处理，直至取消入学资格。
凡属弄虚作假、徇私舞弊取得学籍者，一经查实，取消其学籍。情节恶劣的，应当请有关部门查究。
第九条 新生有下列情况之一者，取消入学资格：
（一）未经请假或请假逾期超过两周不报到者；
（二）入学复查不合格者；
（三）保留入学资格期满的新生未按规定申请入学，或虽申请入学但经复查不合格者。
第十条 每学期开学时，研究生应按时报到注册。未按学校规定缴纳学费或者其他不符合注册条件的不予注册。因故不能如期注册者应当请假，否则按旷课处理。

第十一条 研究生应按时参加培养计划规定和统一组织的活动。因故不能参加者，必须请假。未经批准擅自缺席者，按旷课处理。对旷课者应进行批评教育，情节严重的，给予纪律处分。
第十二条 研究生必须按照培养方案的要求，学习规定的课程，按规定参加所修课程的考核，严格遵守考试纪律。旷课超过该课程一定比例课时者不得参加考核。
第十三条 研究生必须按照培养方案的要求参加科学研究、教学实践和社会实践等活动，遵守论文答辩和实践考核的规定。
第十四条 研究生一般不得请事假。如遇特殊情况必须事先请假，请假申请由导师签署意见，学院批准并报研究生部备案。研究生因病请假，在校凭学校医院证明，外出期间须凭县级以上医院证明。
