（二）筑牢安全防线 确保和合稳定
1、牢固树立“安全生产高于一切，重于一切，先于一切”的理念，坚持好的成熟做法，吸取别人成功经验，坚持“设备是基础，管理是关键，人员素质是保障”的安全要求，确保人身、电网、设备安全。要防患于未然，增强政治敏感性，强化应急处理能力。
2、筑牢基础，确保“安全年”活动取得实效。全面落实安全生产责任制，搞好设备维护，提升管理水平，努力保持安全稳定局面。在设备管理方面，加大投资，处理设备缺陷，巩固电网基础，深入开展安全隐患整治工作，确保设备安全稳定运行。开展电力设施保护“春雷”行动和“飓风”行动，加大大型机械安全隐患治理力度，严厉打击涉电案件行为，确保电网设备安全。巩固10千伏以上线路通道治理成果，全面开展400伏线路线路通道治理，确保农村低压电网安全运行。
3、积极开展反“三违”、反习惯性违章活动，严把安全关。安全纠察队，共查处和现场纠察260余次，查处习惯性违章行为12处。并对查处的违章人员在每月安全生产例会上进行表态发言，警醒、警示其他员工。同时还组织开展5期安规培训和考试，在办公自动系统发布安规知识，并在中层干部会上进行现场提问，提高了员工的安全防范和安全生产的意识。
