摘要

随着经济的发展和市场竞争的加剧,越来越多的产品已经呈现出明
显的买方市场特征,并且买方的需求越来越呈现出多样性和个性化的特
点,这些对于制造型企业的供应链提出了严峻的挑战。采购和供应作为
供应链中重要一环,更是面临空前的压力。
企业的采购与供应业务是一项复杂的系统工程,如采购什么?向谁
采购?供应商怎样确定?怎样和供应商合作?供应商的地理位置在哪
里?从广义概念上来分析,供应是一个与采购紧密相关的过程。供应过
程涉及到物的交付和物的流动。货物怎样向客户供应?供应物流如何组
织?
本文以 SDI 的实际为背景,结合 SDI 公司的现状和面临的问题。首
先对该公司采购及供应业务现况进行了分析,剖析该公司采购与供应面
临的主要问题,接着对采购过程规划与组织进行了阐述,并且提出了在
供应链管理环境下,采购功能与流程的改进策略,以及改进方案的可行
与合理性;并对供应物流的组织进行了一定程度的优化。总结了要实现采
购与供应过程的高效率和低成本,必须具备的一些支持措施。特别指出
了与供应商的合作关系;人力资源及组织保证;信息系统完善;采购与
供应过程改进实施步骤,相信这些措施都将有助于实现采购与供应过程
的有序和高效。
本文通过案例研究的方式,对公司直接物料的采购与运送物流进行
研究,总结出一套适合制造型企业的采购与供应过程的有效措施。

ABSTRACT

With the economics developing and petition aggravating,
more and more products have shown features of buyer’s market, and the
buyer’s demand appears to be multiplicated and characteristic, which put
forward rigorous challenges to the manufacturing enterprises in the supply
chain. As the important link in this chain, purchase and supply is facing the
unprecedented pressure.
The purchase and supply business of pany is plicated system
engineering, for example, how to purchase, purchase from whom, how to
select supplies, how to cooporate with suppliers, where are the locations of
the suppliers. Analyzing based on general definition, supply and purchase is a
closely related process. The process of supply involves goods delivery and
moving, how to supply goods to customers, how anize the logistics .
This article takes the SDI reality as background, combined with SDI’s
current condition and problems. It first analyzes the current purchase and
supply business, then anatomizes the problems they are facing., elaborates
