预制吊装工艺在海堤修建中的应用
摘要:珠海市横琴新区富祥湾堤岸达标加固整治工程是为保证横琴新区发展,在原有旧堤基础上重建的100年一遇防洪潮标准的海堤工程。该段海堤起到保护省重点项目珠海长隆园区的安全,需早日形成防汛屏障。由于旧堤挡墙损毁、沉降严重,需要全部拆除重建,重建过程中不能对航道、珠江口行洪造成影响。建设中,海堤水下部分挡墙和穿堤箱涵采用了预制吊装的施工工艺,避免了海水涨潮对施工的影响,缩短了工期;避免了修筑围堰,减少了措施费用和对航道、防洪的影响。经实施验证,完全达到了预期目的,可以推广应用。

Abstract: Zhuhai City Hengqin Fuxiang bay bank is to ensure the Hengqin new area development of reinforcement engineering standards, in the reconstruction of old embankment foundation 100 flood tide once standard seawall project. The seawall to key projects of Zhuhai Province Long Park protection safety, need to form the flood barrier. As the old embankment retaining wall damage, severe settlement, need all the demolition and reconstruction, not in the process of reconstruction on the impact of channel, the mouth of the Pearl River flood. Construction of retaining wall, part of the seawall dyke box culvert under water and the construction technology of prefabrication and hoisting, avoiding the influence of high tide of construction, shorten the construction period; to avoid the construction cofferdam, reducing measures cost and influence on channel, flood control. After the implementation of verification, fully achieved the expected purpose, it can be applied.
