摘要
本设计内容为多层教学楼;建筑地点:吉林市地区;抗震设防:7度;主体部分共四层,总建筑面积3600平方米。主体结构及阶梯教室部分采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,设计满足抗震设防要求。建筑设计遵循了“经济、适用、美观、安全”的原则。在满足使用功能的前提下,尽量做到美观舒适。结构内力计算考虑水平地震作用,水平荷载作用下的内力计算采用D值法;竖向荷载作用下的内力计算采用分层法。基础采用独立基础,满足地基的承载力及变形要求。

Abstract
The content of this project is Trade and Finance. It located in JinlinSeismic fortification intensity of the building is 7(It’s higher than the Code for
seismic design of buildings ). The structure of the building is reinforced concrete frame structure. It considers seismic concept design of buildings. In the architecture part, follow the rude of ‘economical, applicable, beautiful and safe’. The project is fulfilled with the function demand. At the same time, keep it beautiful fortable. In the structure part, the design considers the horizontal wind force and the horizontal earthquake action. The method of calculate the force is the latest. The method of calculate horizontal wind force is the D method. The box foundation.
