摘要
新飞公司是以冰箱、冷柜为主导产品的现代化白色家电制造企业,中国最大的绿色冰箱生产基地,中国冰箱、冷柜行业前两强。因出色的无氟与节能技术而被公认为中国家电绿色品牌。自1984年建立以来经过三十年的发展到如今。家电行业发展的飞速,有很多国外的品牌入驻国内市场,引进了先进的管理模式。在国家支持的家电下乡和节能惠民的活动过后,市场趋于一个饱和的状态,新飞冰箱销售直线下滑,员工都是凭绩效拿公司,这个时候公司的管理人员没有做好员工的工作,让员工信心大失。出现了员工流失和集体跳槽的现象。企业在这个时候必须创造一个适合吸引人才、培养人才的良好环境,建立凭德才上岗、吸引人才,留住人才,满足企业经济发展和竞争对人才的需要,从而实现企业经济快速发展。

The importance of human resources for the development of enterprises
Abstract
Talent is the carrier of science and technology, is the technology inventor, is the use of advanced technology munication. If we say that science and technology is the first productivity, then the special element of talent is the productive forces. Talent is not only the renewable resource, sustainable resources, and capital resources. In the modern enterprise and economic development, talent is an immeasurable capital, one can bring huge benefits to the enterprise capital. Enterprises must create a good environment for attracting talents, personnel training, establishing and posts, with by performance reward, according to the mechanism of talent resource development, the need for training to attract talents, retain talents, meet the enterprise economic development and petition for talent, so as to realize the rapid economic development of enterprises.
