摘要
双铰接升降台的设计是在原有剪叉式的基础上,参考目前应用的灵活性,安全性,经济性等指标;以满足货物举升需要更高的要求为前提而设计的,通过不同型号和响应实现满足物流运输方面的性能要求。
通过对双铰接剪叉升降机位置参数和动力参数的技术,结合具体实例,对两种液压缸布置机制的比较分析,并根据液压传动系统的设计和最后的液压致动器,计算各部分的要求,液压缸,通过确定负荷板和叉臂的分析,最终完成剪叉式液压升降平台的设计要求。

ABSTRACT
The design of double hinged scissors table is in the cause of the scissor lifts on the basis, the present application flexibility, security, economic and other indicators; structural flexibility to meet higher requirements of vehicle repair needs as the premise, and the response by different models to achieve full foot automobile repair and other performance requirements.
Through the double hinged scissors lifts position parameter and the dynamic parameters of technology, combined with specific examples, analysis parison of two kinds of mechanism in hydraulic cylinder arrangement, and according to the requirements of each part of the hydraulic transmission system design and calculation of final ponents - hydraulic cylinder, by determining the load plate and fork analysis of force of the fork, pleted the design requirements of scissors hydraulic lifting platform.
