自用家庭泊车升降装置设计
摘要
双柱式自用家庭泊车系统采用单缸液压举升装置,依靠一个液压缸提供托举力,再靠拖臂的刚性连接来实现同步上升和下降,这种设计结构简单,布局合理,采用一个单向柱塞缸,一个供油机构,两个单向阀,一个电控单元,一个电磁阀等共同控制,由于采用单缸,且不用大精度,所以采用机械同步,用单向柱塞缸也省去了换向阀,使用密封的装置控制停机下沉,再加上定量阀和单向阀的组合,更能控制下沉。液压传动的柱式举升机是目前举升机的主要形式。它是利用安装于柱子内部的液压缸推动滑台部件实现升降功能。这种设计不用考虑复杂同步问题,且设计成本低廉,维修简单。

Abstract
Double column occupied home parking system adopts hydraulic lifting cylinderdevice, rely on a hydraulic cylinder provide support force, and then rely on the trailing arm rigid connection to realize synchronous rise and fall, this design has the advantages of simple structure, reasonable layout, using asingle plunger cylinder, an oil supply mechanism, two one-way valve, an electronic control unit ic valve, mon control, because of the single cylinder, and do not have high precision, so adopting the mechanical synchronous, with unidirectional piston cylinder also eliminates thereversing valve, the use of sealed device control stop sinking, combined withquantitative valve and check valve, can control the sinking. Post lift hydraulic transmission is the main form of lifting machine. It is installed in the hydraulic cylinder with internal impetus slide ponents to achieve the lifting function. This design without considering plex synchronization problem,and the design of low cost, simple repair.
