摘要
本设计主要根据设计要求机床的工作特点、加工要求及技术要求对木工横式自动钻孔机的整体与局部,内部与外部结构的设计。
本篇论文从材质分析,工艺过程分析入手,来确定工艺方案。通过分析机床在加工孔的过程中的动作,按照传动系统的工作要求,逐步确定了传动方案。由以上的工艺方案、传动方案、设计任务要求以及参考现有同类设备和相关文献的查阅,初步设计出机床的局部和总体结构布局。再通过对加工参数计算来确定电动机,由电动机的各项技术性参数计算逐步选择气缸、电气元件,计算齿轮的各项参数,还有轴的设计以及其它主要零件的校核。最后,是其它结构的设计,如圆锥齿轮的设计,导轨的设计。另外,文章还有关于机床的维护和检修,以及机床的工作特点、加工要求及技术要求。
