摘要:目的探讨超声弹性成像(Ultrasonic Elastography,UE)在乳腺肿块中的误诊原因。方法回顾性分析223个乳腺肿块中彩色多普勒超声和UE声像图特征,并以病理结果为金标准探讨分析误诊原因。结果 UE评分诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的敏感性、特异度、%、%、%。223个乳腺肿块中良性病变UE误诊为恶性病变16例,恶性病变UE误诊为良性病变10例。结论乳腺肿块UE误诊有其病理学原因,UE结合二维声像图特征能够减少超声弹性成像误诊。

Abstract:Objective To explore the misdiagnosis of breast mass using ultrasonic elastography and analyse the The elastography images of 223 breast mass from 202 patients were collected and used to analyse the misdiagnose and the pathological results were used as gold standards. Results The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy of UE are %、%、% 26 from 223 nodules were misdiagnosed. 16 benign masses were misdiagnosed as malignant lesions and 10 malignant masses were misdiagnosed as benign lesions. Conclusion Misdiagnosis have pathological features of breast mass. bined 2D ultrasound features should be given to reduce the rate of misdiagnose.

乳腺恶性肿瘤在我国位于女性恶性肿瘤发病率第2位,在某些大城市的发病率已经位于女性恶性肿瘤首位[1]。1991年Ophir等[2]首次提出超声弹性成像(Ultrasonic Elastography,UE)的概念,UE作为一种新的技术手段在乳腺疾病中的应用较为广泛,有重要的鉴别诊断作用。本次研究探讨超声弹性成像弹性评分法在乳腺肿块定性诊断中的应用价值。
1 资料与方法
~9月在我院乳腺肿块术前超声检查的202例患者,共个223乳腺肿块。患者均为女性,年龄16~80岁,平均(±)岁。~,平均(±)cm。所有病灶均经手术病理证实。
