摘要
机械创新设计就是指利用移植、延伸、思维的扩展、仿生、专利利用、逆向思维等创新方法对机器的结构和原理进行创新。在全面了解现行的碾米机的结构和原理后,发现其存在的问题。为了解决这些问题,对碾米工艺、碾辊条、米刀的表面性状和组合参数等关键技术进行了解和分析研究,利用思维扩展和逆向思维等创新方法对立式碾米机的结构和原理上进行创新,并且成功设计出一种基于外碾削的立式碾米机。该碾米机主要有以下四个创新点:一、碾白原理采用外碾削原理;二、出米嘴可以沿3600方向任意定位;三、进料机构可实现粗调和微调;四、米糠罩采用的是有机玻璃,这样就很容易观察到碾米室内的情况。

Abstract
Innovating design of the machine is that use innovating methods, such as extend、pound to design or improve the machine again .After prehend the construction and principle of the modern whitening machine, we find out that there are some drawbacks of the modern whitening machine. In order to settle the drawbacks of the modern whitening machine, we depend on the type of the rice to research the whitening technology and milling diameter, after that, we design to improve the construction and principle of the vertical milling machine again. The outside whitener vertical whitening machine use the regressive thought and other methods to improve the usual vertical whitening machine, and we design a new outside whitener vertical machine bine the usual vertical whitening machine’s construction and milling whitening. There are four innovating points in new designed machine. It is difference from the usual vertical milling machine. The first point is that the outside whitening principle is used into rice whitener. The second point is that the outlet can be orientated in any angle. The third point is that the inlet can be regulated quickly and/or slowly. The fourth point is that the material of the hood of the rice bran is Plexiglas so that people can easily observe the circumstance of the whitener.
