摘要
稳定土厂拌设备存在材料级配准确、保证质量以及拌和均匀等的优点,是专用于制造利用具有水硬性能的物料作为稳定结合剂的稳定土系列搅拌装置组。稳定土厂拌设备里,成品贮存和卸料装置是拌合设备中的最后一个环节,也是至关重要不可或缺的组成部分。
成品料贮存与卸料装置经过多年发展,技术已经相当成熟。本次设计的主要内容是稳定土厂拌设备的整体方案论证以及成品料仓的可移动式设计。本文根据市场调研情况,对稳定土厂拌设备的应用,优缺点和发展趋势等进行了简单地叙述。根据拆装,运输和整体设计要求对料仓,支架等主要部件进行基本尺寸限制。然后对成品贮存和卸料装置进行设计计算,确定出本设计整体以及各部件基本参数。最后对设计中的零部件危险面进行了强度和刚度校核。

STORAGE AND UNLOADING DEVICE
ABSTRACT
The stabilized soil mixing plant has the advantages of accurate material gradation, uniform mixing and assurable quality etc. It is an integration of several differant devices, which dedicated to the production of various materials with hydraulic binders. The finished mixture storage and unloading device of stabilized soil mixing plant is the last link and vital integral part.
After the development of many years, the technology of the finished material storage and unloading equipment is already quite mature. The main contents of the design is the stabilized soil mixing plant's overall program demonstration and finished silo portable design. Based on market research situation, the advantages and disadvantages, applicationsand and development trends of stabilized soil mixing plant are briefly described. According to disassembly, transportation and overall design requirements, the basic size of silos, stents and other ponents are decide. Then the overall design as well as the ponents’ basic parameters of the finished storage and unloading device are calculated and determined. Finally the hazardous surface ponents in the design are checked through strength and rigidity.
