自动化立体仓库输送系统构建.doc摘要
输送系统是衔接自动化立体仓库存储区与楼房库,以及拆零拣选区、补货与分拣出库区的关键环节,其设计合理与否将直接影响货流的顺畅性,甚至整个物流中心的工作效率。因此,合理设计自动化立体仓库的输送系统对于提高企业物流效率、降低物流成本具有重要意义。
首先,阐述了自动化立体仓库的构成和作业流程,对立体仓库的规划原则和设计步骤进行了说明。其次,根据医药物流行业特点和物流中心实际的作业能力需求,对自动化立体仓库的容量、货架尺寸、出入库能力及总体规模进行分析计算。并在明确存储、分拣、补货、出入库之间的物流关系的基础上,设计合理的出库、入库和补货作业流程,对物流中心的立体仓库区、一楼出、入库区及拆零拣选区、二楼的整箱拣选区、三楼的地打存储区的输送系统分别进行规划布局。最后根据输送系统作业能力要求,完成连续输送设备、分拣设备、堆垛机等立体仓库搬运和输送设备的选型、数量配置,给出了详细设计方案。

Abstract
Transport system is the interface between the AS/RS ,as well as the key aspects of warehouse,unbundled chosen area, replenishment area and Sorting export design is reasonable or not will directly affect the fluency of flow goods,or even the efficiency of entire logistics ,the rational design of AS/RS is important to transport system to improve logistics efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
Firstly,the structure and work processes of AS/RS,warehouse planning principles and design steps are described. Secondly,according to industry characteristics of automated warehouse center and the actual operating capacity needs medical logistics and logistics capacity,shelf size,the overall size of the storage capacity for analysis and clear storage,sorting,replenishment,logistics and the foundation of the relationship between storage,well-designed warehousing,storage and replenishment processes,warehouse area of logistics center on the first floor out of storage District and unbundled chosen area on the second floor of the chosen area,hit the third floor of the storage area were planning the layout of the delivery ,according to the transport system operational capability plete the selection of continuous conveying equipment,sorting equipment,stackers and other warehouse handling and conveying equipment,the number of configurations, complete a detailed design.
