Abstract
: Preservation technology of Refrigerator has three directions: first, frozen thawed technology to
make food in the freezing process, the cell membrane is not damaged; second, precise control of temperature
and humidity storage environment to provide food for its preservation; sterilization antimicrobial technologyto
prevent the food inside the refrigerator to breed bacteria and deterioration. Several directions, comprehensive
analysis of the refrigerator market popular fresh new technology, static preservation technology, the ice temper-
ature preservation technology and UV sterilization preservation technology, its principles and effects, as well as
