摘要
本论文设计的是瓶装饮料的自动售货机,选用三菱公司的FX系列型号为FX2N-48MTPLC。首先,本文先介绍了自动售货机发展过程,工作原理,系统结构,讲述了自动售货机的贩卖商品的过程。根据自动售货机的功能分配需要多少输入和输出点数,选择合适的PLC型号,绘制系统硬件接线图,然后选择所需的数码管显示、电动机和接触器等。根据系统的功能来编写自动售货机的梯形图程序。本次饮料自动售货机能够做到钱币的识别和累计、饮料种类的选择、饮料出货以及钱币找零退币等等功能。

Abstract
The design of the vending machine for the beverage vending machines, based on Japan's Mitsubishi FX series PLC. To FX2N-48MT model PLC as the core, set up the vending machine control system, the nature of goods sold , analyze the structure and working principle of the vending machine, understand the vending process of the vending machine, make the hardware wiring diagram through the function analysis of the vending machine, choose the PLC, the digital tube display, the motor and the contactor according to the hardware selection. Select the PLC according to the I / O allocation ladder program of the vending machine is written by writing a flow chart of the control system. The vending machine can realize the identification and accumulation of coins, the selection of beverage goods and the function of automatically ejecting the receipt and the coin. The ladder diagram is done by GX Developer. After pletion of the Mitsubishi PLC simulation software GX Simulator 6c debugging and simulation.

1 引言

自动售货机,顾名思义,就是一台可以自动卖东西的不需要人看管的售货机器,属于智能机器。自动售货机相比其他形式:超市、商场等来说,它是一种商业自动化设备,一种新型的商业模式,它能够在无人看管下工作,节省人力,而且小型售货机可以摆放在任何需要的地方,不受时间、地点的限制,可以24小时营业。按照售卖商品的类别可以分为三种:综合自动售货机、饮料自动售货机、食品自动售货机。
自动售货机的出现,是自动化水平提高的结果,是技术产业革命的产物。随着劳动力成本持续上涨以及销售环境和消费模式发生变化,新型的售货方式层出不穷,自动售货机最具代表性;随着物联网的发展,自动售货机也变得越来越智能,种类将会越来越多,可以卖饮料、水果、蔬菜和其他食品,甚至可以卖药,远程医疗,线上看病,线下自己去取
