1 目的Objective
对于设备的采购、验收、保养、维修、验证进行有效控制,以维持设备能力和过程能力,保证产品质量,使其制造能力持续改进。
The objective is to effectively control the purchase, acceptance, maintenance, repair and verification of equipment, so as to maintain equipment capability and process capability, to ensure product quality, and to improve manufacture capability continuously.
2 适用范围Applicable Scope
适用于公司生产设备的管理。
This is applicable to the management of AICQ production equipment.
3 职责Responsibility
制造部工艺科负责设备采购计划的编制,制造部设备科参与设备的选型。
The process section under Engineering Department is responsible for formulating equipment purchase plan and Manufacture Department is involved in selecting equipment types.
制造部设备部门负责新设备安装、设备的维护、保养及设备的归口管理。
The Manufacturing Department is responsible for new equipment installation, equipment maintenance & repair, and equipment management.
制造部设备部门负责组织工程技术部,制造部工艺部门和质量部进行设备验收,并对新设备和维修过的设备进行设备能力调查。
The Equipment Section of Manufacturing Department is responsible anizing the Engineering Department, the Process Section of Manufacturing Department and Quality Department to plish equipment inspection and acceptance, and launching equipment capability investigation for the new equipment and repaired equipment.
GMO负责设备采购计划的批准。
The GM Office (GMO) is responsible for the approval of equipment purchase plan.
