【摘要】结构方程模型作为一种统计建模技术越来越多的应用在企业管理研究中, 线性结构方程模型

(L ISR EL ) 是其中最有代表性的一种。针对L ISR EL 应用中的问题引入了人工神经网络方法, 在民营企业治
理结构影响企业绩效的案例分析中对人工神经网络方法和L ISR EL 方法作了一个对比分析, 并根据对比分
析的结果, 探讨了两者的互补性以及结合应用的方法。

【Abs tra c t】A s a usefu l statistics modeling app roach, structu ral equation modeling is w idely app lied in re
search fields of enterp rise m anagem en t. A typ ical app lication L ISR EL is in troduced to the emp irical study
on governance issues of civil runn ing en terp rise. To deal w ith mon p rob lem s arising fo rm estim a
tion p rocess of L ISR EL analysis, parative analysis is m ade by u se of artificial neu wo rk model
ing technique. F inally, a parison at key differences and sim ilarities betw een two app roaches
and the benefits b ination analysis are offered in the conclu sion part.
