国产球囊经皮椎体成形术治疗椎体压缩骨折

摘要:目的探讨国产球囊经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗疼痛性椎体压缩骨折的安全性及有效性。方法 2005年10月至2006年10月间应用国产球囊椎体后凸成形术治疗椎体压缩骨折26 例44椎,术后观察症状改善、骨折复位及并发症情况。结果全部病例顺利完成手术,无并发症发生。23 例术后随访1~12个月,。术后疼痛症状明显减轻,术后1 d及1个月的VAS评分较术前差异均有统计学意义(P<);椎体高度恢复明显,°。结论国产球囊经皮椎体后凸成形手术治疗疼痛性椎体压缩骨折安全、有效、经济,临床应用前景良好。

Abstract:Objective To study the efficacy,safety and costeffectiveness of percutaneous kyphoplasty using domestic balloon system in the treatment of painful pression A total of fortyfour vertebral bodies were performed for kyphoplasty using domestic balloon
system in twentysix data were obtained paring visual analog scale(VAS).Preoperative and postoperative radiographs were analyzed to calculate the percentage height All patients tolerated the procedure plications were found in all scores,vertebral heights and Cobb angle improved significantly(P<) after the Percutaneous kyphoplasty using domestic balloon system was efficacious and economical in the treatment of painful pression fractures.
Key words:pression fractures;kyphoplasty;osteoporosis;vertebral tumor 经皮椎体成形术(percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP)及经皮椎体后凸成形术(percutaneous kyphoplasty,PKP)是近年来治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折(pression fracture,VCF)、椎体转移瘤和骨髓瘤等疼痛性椎体病变的一项新型微创脊柱外科技术,尤其是经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术被认为是理想的选择[1,2]。然而,采用进口球囊手术系统价格较为昂贵,不符合我国目前的国情。国产球囊价格仅为进口产品的一半,但其安全性及有效性有待证明。2005年10月至2006年10月,我们应用国产球囊经皮椎体后凸成形手术系统治疗椎体压缩骨折26 例44椎,取得了良好的临床效果,报道如下。 1 资料与方法
临床资料本组26 例44椎,男7 例,女19 例;年龄42~87 岁, 岁。患者均以腰背痛为主诉入院,其中骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折
