【摘要】目的:探讨芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CDF)患者疗效并评估其对患者血浆脂联素水平影响。方法:将106例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和观察组2组,每组各53例。对照组采用强心、扩管、利尿等常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组方案基础上加用芪苈强心胶囊。观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、左室射血分数(LVEF),血浆脂联素、脑钠肽(BNP)水平及药品不良反应发生情况。此外,分别观察两组患者治疗过程中药物相关不良反应发生率间差异。结果:%,%( P﹤);两组患者治疗后LVEF均较治疗前明显提高,且观察组提高更明显( P﹤);两组患者治疗后血浆脂联素及BNP水平均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组降低更明显( P﹤);两组患者的药品不良反应发生率比较,未见明显差异( P﹥)。结论芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性CHF疗效确切,且安全性好,同时能显著降低患者血浆脂联素水平,值得临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective:
To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qiliqiangxin Capsule in treating chronic congestive heart failure(CHF) and to evaluate its influence on plasma adiponectin level. Methods Totally 106 patients with chronic CHF were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,53 cases in each group. The control group used the routine therapy of strong heart,diuresis,ex-panding tube,etc. ,while on this basis the observation group was added with Qiliqiangxin Capsule. The clinical efficacy,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),plasma adiponectin and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) levels were observed in the two groups.
