He was an English poet and playwright, widely regarded as the greatest writer in the English language and the world's pre-eminent dramatist.
He left us a great wealth of 154 s, 37 plays, including edies, 12 tragedies, and 11 historical plays, as well as two long poems.
Shakespeare’s Birthplace --He was born in this house on Henley Street in Stratford-on-Avon in April 23 ,1564.
Shakespeare’s Burial Site-----He died on April 23, 1616, and was buried in the Holy Trinity Church in Stratford-on-Avon, Warwickshire, shown here.
