美皮康用于预防压疮的临床效果观察

【摘要】目的:探讨美皮康用于预防压疮的临床效果观察。方法: 将60例有潜在压疮发生危险的病员随机分为两组,每组各30例,其中一组应用美皮康直接贴于患处为实验组,另一组采用传统的翻身方式和睡气垫床对照比较。结果:实验组效果显著高于对照组P<(χ2=)。结论:美皮康用于预防压疮效果好,减少患者的痛苦、节约费用,减轻护士的工作量。

压疮是卧床和老年患者的一个灾难性的合并症,以复杂难以愈合的慢性伤口为临床特征,持续影响着患者的健康状况、生活质量、医疗费用[1],也是护理工作中的一大难题[2]。一直以来,护理人员都在不断探索预防压疮的方法。我科于2010年9月至2011年3月采用瑞典墨尼克公司生产的有边型美皮康敷料预防压疮,取得了满意的效果。
1资料与方法
一般资料:以我科对2010年3月至2010年9月在院的60例有潜在压疮发生危险的病员分为两组作为对照,男
32例,女28例,年龄38~90岁,。两组病人年龄、压疮情况、病情等比较差异无统计学意义(P
