摘要
日益激烈的社会竞争和高速发展的社会经济导致个人工作生活压力越来越大,并给企业和个人带来了各种各样的问题。关注、处理压力问题刻不容缓,员工帮助计划作为一种有效的压力管理工具在国外被广泛应用,取得了比较明显的效果。知识型员工作为企业的核心成员,压力问题给他们带来的问题更为突出,对组织的影响也更为严重。
因此,本文选取知识型员工作为研究对象,认为员工帮助计划是最适宜对知识型员工进行压力管理的工具。文章将对压力管理、员工帮助计划以及知识型员工的特点进行介绍,并提出利用员工帮助计划对知识型员工进行压力管理的方法和步骤。
文章第一部分介绍了写作背景和目的。第二部分对压力管理及员工帮助计划的相关理论进行了介绍和阐述。第三部分阐述了知识型员工的压力问题,文章介绍了知识型员工的定义、特点及知识型员工的压力状况。第四部分提出通过员工帮助计划对知识型员工进行压力管理,分别从可行性、方法和步骤等方面进行了阐述。文章的最后部分是对全文的总结和结论。

Abstract
The increasingly petition and the rapid development of social economy leads the social work and personal life under the increasing pressure which brings various problems to enterprises and individuals. As a kind of effective stress management tool, employee assistance programs are widely used in foreign countries. Knowledge employees, as pany's core members, were brought more prominent problems by pressure and the influence anization is more serious.
Therefore, this article selects the knowledge-type employees as the research object, and believes that EAP is the most appropriate way in all kinds of knowledge employees stress management methods. This paper will introduce stress management and EAP related-theory, the features of the knowledge employees and point out the methods and steps of stress management to knowledge employees with EAP.
The first chapter introduces the background and purpose of the essay. In the second chapter, stress management and EAP related-theory were introduced and described. The third chapter describes knowledge employees’ stress problems. The article introduces knowledge employees’ definition, characteristics and knowledge employees' pressure situation. The fourth chapter proposes to use EAP to manage knowledge employees’ pressure, describing from the feasibility, methods and steps and so on.
