红栀骨通凝胶膏剂制备工艺研究
摘要:目的:优选红栀骨通凝胶膏剂的制备工艺。方法:以黏着力和综合感官为
主要考察指标,选取聚丙烯酸钠、氯化铝、丙三醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为考察因素,
通过单因素考察和L9(34)正交设计法优选红栀骨通凝胶膏剂的制备工艺。结果:
优选出的红栀骨通凝胶膏剂基质配方为:聚丙烯酸钠∶氯化铝∶丙三醇∶聚维酮(∶
∶6∶)。结论:以优选出的配方制备的凝胶膏剂,黏附力适中,膏体均匀,皮
肤追随性好,且与复方药物提取液具有良好的相容性。
