摘要:充满了主权争议的南海,不时搅动起风暴。近来,围绕南海领土争端有愈演愈烈之势。本篇论文从南海领土争端的由来、南海问题涉及五国六方的现状、中国在此问题上的一贯立场以及解决南海领土争端的前景入手来探讨南海领土争端与中国的国家主权。在此基础上来深刻地认识国家主权的本质,有利于解决南海领土争端,甚至是解决同周边国家的领土争端。

Territorial disputes in the South China Sea and the China national sovereignty

Abstract : The South China Sea is full of sovereignty disputes, stirring up a storm now and then. Recently, around the territorial disputes in the South China Sea have intensified trend. This paper from the origin of the territorial disputes in the South China Sea , the issue of the South China Sea relates to the status of the six-party and the five countries、China's stand on this issue and to work the prospects of the South China Sea by ordering the territorial disputes in the South China Sea and the China's national sovereignty. Having a deep understanding of the essence of national sovereignty base on these, which is helpful in solving the territorial disputes in the South China Sea, even solving the
territorial disputes in nations aside of China.
