摩托车轮的数控车削编程
摘要: 摩托车轮规格多,为确保数控车削编程的正确性和效率,保证操作及设备安全,提高生产率,提出利用MasterCAM-X软件的良好数据接口和强大的编程能力进行摩托车轮的数控车削编程。针对摩托车轮的毛坯特点,提出了在MasterCAM-X中选择相应的加工方法,并开发出相应的后置处理文件,解决了某公司编程方面的难题,获得了良好的经济效益,也为铸造类零件的数控车削加工编程提供了一种很好的借鉴。

Study of the Programming for the Motor-C-turning based on MasterCAM-X

Abstract:there are many sizes of the motor-wheelIn this paper, to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of programming and safety of operation,and improve productivity, a mothed of practical programming by the use of MasteCAM-X. According to the feature of Motor-wheel, an corresponding approach to programming is proposed, and special post-processing file is developped. That can solve the problem of the programming,and improve the economical benefit, also can offer the refference of the programming of the castings in C-turning.

0 引言
某公司三大主打产品:摩托车轮轮、汽车车轮、电动车车轮。其中摩托车轮品种规格较多,达1800余种之多,均采用数控车床进行切削加工。一方面,因操作人员的编程水平低下,无法做到在机编程,从而加重了技术部门的工作量;另一方面,因产品的规格多,技术人员数量和编程能力均有限,无法及时编制出合理的加工程序,机床开动率不足,从而影响了生产效率和质量。MasterCAM软件能在计算机上进行手工编程和自动编程、动态模拟加工轨迹、与数控机床数据接口良好,对硬件要求不高,且操作灵活。MasterCAM-X是MasterCAM的新版本,在原版本的基础上增加了新功能和新模块,采用了windows窗口技术,使软件运行更顺畅、更高效。因此,该公司与我中心进行合作,利用Master
