【摘要】当前,我国正面临全面深化改革,如何做好新时期工会工作是值得探索的课题,更是新时期工会工作者必须认真思考着力研究的课题。工会工作千头万绪,涉及方方面面,它直接关系到广大教职工的切身利益和民主参与管理的问题,对此,工会主席岗位上工作人员的素质是否过硬,对一个部门或单位的工会工作有着十分重要作用。作为一名基层的工会工作者,如何在新时期做好工会工作,真正发挥好桥梁和纽带作用,正确有效的开展工作,我认为应从思想水平、工作作风、谋略能力、实践精神等多方面下功夫。
