城市房屋拆迁补偿问题研究
摘要:在我国城镇化进程不断发展的过程中,城市房屋拆迁也随之出现了很多难题。我国《国有土地房屋拆迁补偿》、《城市房屋拆迁管理条例修订版》等的不断完善,能够在很大程度上促进城镇化进程的良性运转。最新的房屋拆迁补偿条款在房屋拆迁、补偿等问题方面进一步人性化,在各方参与主体职责、征收程度、补偿原则等方面也进一步完善。但整体来讲,修订条例的实施也存在一定问题,如补偿范围较为狭窄、补偿标准不到位等,不利于城市房屋拆迁补偿的进一步完善。鉴于此,本文对我国城市房屋拆迁补偿的现状与存在问题等进行了详细分析,并有针对性的提出了对策建议,以便能够探索出适合我国发展的城市房屋拆迁之路。

Research on pensation of urban house demolition
Abstract:In the process of China's urbanization process, urban housing demolition has also been a lot of problems. China's "state-owned land and housing pensation", "urban housing demolition management regulations revised edition" and other continuous improvement, to a large extent, promote the healthy operation of the urbanization process. The latest housing pensation terms in the demolition of houses, compensation and other aspects of human nature, the parties involved in the main responsibility, the degree of expropriation, compensation principles are further improved. But on the whole, there are some problems in the implementation of the revised regulations, such as the narrow scope pensation, compensation standards are not in place, is not conducive to the further improvement of urban housing pensation. In view of this, a detailed analysis of the status quo of China's city housing pensation and the existing problems, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, so as to explore suitable for the development of China's city housing demolition road
