《手术安全核查表》在手术室的实施与成效

【摘要】目的:探讨《手术室安全核查表》在手术室的应用效果。方法:建立严格的手术安全核查制度及流程。由具有资质的麻醉医生、手术医生、手术室护士三方共同分别在麻醉实施前、手术开始前、手术患者离开手术室前对患者的身份和手术部位等内容进行核查。结果:手术室实施手术安全核查以来,提高了手术患者的安全系数和手术室的工作质量,未发生手术差错和医疗纠纷。结论:认真落实《实手术安全核查表》,可有效保障手术安全,降低手术差错事故的发生,提高医疗服务质量。

The implementation and effects of “The Checking Sheets of Operation Safety” in surgery managements
【Abstract】Objective: the application effects of “The Checking Sheets of Operation Safety” is discussed in the essay. Methods: operation safety verification system and process are executed strictly. The identity and surgical site of the patients are verified by anesthetists, surgery doctor and nurses separately in the process of anesthesia, before and after the operation. Achievements: The work of surgery is plished better than before, and security of surgical patient is highly improved. Medical dispute and surgery mistake are eliminated. Conclusion: the implements of “The Checking Sheets of Operation Safety” can ensure the safety of surgery, decrease the mistake and raise the quality of service.

手术室是为患者实施手术治疗疾病的重要场所,而手术安全核查则可以挽救
患者的生命,使患者远离意外伤害。为响应世界卫生组织“安全手术拯救生命”的计划,2012年结合我院的实际情况制定了手术安全核查制度及流程,应用于手术室的安全管理,取得了满意的效果。

选取2013年2月至2014年2月我院手术治疗住院患者8574例,其中男性患者4673例、女性患者3901例,均执行了认真
