【摘要】目的分析标本溶血对血糖检测结果的影响。方法随机选取37例体检人员的血液标本作为研究对象,用全自动生化分析仪东芝120FR检测正常标本和溶血标本的血糖。用t检验对检测的定量数据进行统计分析。结果正常标本和溶血标本的血糖检测结果有显著性差异(P<)。溶血后的血糖检测结果比溶血前降低。结论溶血对血糖的检测结果有明显的影响。为了避免或减少溶血,临床工作者应该规范标本采集方法,严格管理标本的运送、分离和检测,从而使生化检测结果更准确。

Influence of Specimen Hemolysis on Blood Glucose Test Results
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the impact of specimen hemolysis on blood glucose test results. Methods A total of 37 blood specimens from physical examination individuals were randomly selected for the study, blood glucose of normal and hemolysic specimen was detected by Toshiba 120FR fully automatic biochemistry analyzer. Date was statistically analyzed by t test. Results there are significant difference for the detecting results of blood glucose between normal blood and hemolysis (P<). The values of blood glucose after hemolysis are lower than those before hemolysis. Conclusions The values of blood glucose are significantly interfered by hemolysis. To avoid or reduce hemolysis, clinical workers should regulate the blood collection method and superintend the process of transporting, separating and detecting of specimens, to make biochemical test
results accurate.
