研究加强肺结核护理对预防并发症的有效性

【摘要】目的:探讨加强肺结核护理对预防并发症的有效性。方法:选取100例肺结核患者随机均匀分为两组,对实验组患者加强肺结核护理,对对照组患者实施常规护理。结果:实验组患者4例出现并发症,占8%,对照组14例出现并发症,占28%,实验组患者平均住院时间明显少于对照组患者。结论:针对肺结核患者加强肺结核护理工作,可以有效预防并发症,改善患者病情预后效果,值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of strengthening tuberculosiscare on prevention plications. Methods: a total of 100 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into two groups, to strengthen the nursingof pulmonary tuberculosis patients in the experimental group, the control group were given routine care. Results: the experimental group of patients plications occurred in 4 cases, accounting for 8% of the control group, complications occurred in 14 cases, accounting for 28% of the patients in the experimental group, the average hospitalization time was less than that of the control group. Conclusion: to strengthennursing in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis pulmonary tuberculosis, can effectively prevent plications, improve the prognosis of the patients with the effect, is worthy of promotion.
