摘要《喜福会》是美国著名的华裔女作家谭恩美的代表作品。在小说中作者呈现给读者的是四位中国移民母亲与她们女儿之间的故事。孩子的母亲用中国式的教育方法来教育她们在美国出生并且受教育的女儿们,结果导致了一连串的冲突。小说中母亲与女儿的冲突实质上是中国与美国家庭教育观念的冲突。本论文以《喜福会》为切入点,剖析中美家庭教育的差异,通过比较这两种家庭教育,希望能取他人之长补己之短,从而促进我国的家庭教育。8911

AbstractThe Joy Luck Club is written by Amy Tan, a famous Chinese American writer. In the novel, it tells the stories of four Chinese-immigrant women and their American-born daughters. The mothers educate their daughters who are born and get educated in the United States by Chinese family education methods. This paper attempts to analyze these differences from the perspective of education. paring these two family educations, we hope to learn other’s experience to make up for our own defects so as to promote China’s family education.
