BZD5型柱式悬臂起重机设计
摘要:BZD型定柱悬臂起重机由立柱、悬臂梁、支承装置,驱动装置和电动葫芦组成。立柱下端的底座通过地脚螺栓固定在混凝土,由电动机带动摆线针轮减速器进而带动驱动装置使悬臂梁回转,电动葫芦在悬臂工字钢上作往返升降运动。其优点是重量轻,旋臂幅度长,起重量较大,安装操作维修保养简单。它们相对独立,是一种理想的工作岗位运输装置,广泛应用于各种装卸平台,所占空间也相对较小。BZD型立柱式悬臂起重机是在手动基础上加上电动回转驱动装置,与附着在悬臂梁上的电动葫芦,无论周旋转,水平运行,还是升降运动完全实现电控,极大的降低了劳动强度与工作效率。

Design of BZD5 Column Rotary Beam Crane
Abstract:BZD type fixed column cantilever crane consists of an upright post, a cantilever beam, a supporting device, driving device and electric ponents. The lower end of the upright post through the base of anchor bolt fixed in concretedriven by the motor, cycloidal pin wheel reducer to drive the driving device to make the cantilever rotary, electric hoist made from the lifting motion in thecantilever I-beam. The utility model has the advantages of light weight, arm is long, weight is larger, simple installation and operation of repair and maintenance. They are relatively independent, is a work transportation device,widely used in all kinds of loading and unloading platform, the occupied space is relatively small. BZD type jib crane is in manual plus electric rotary drive device,and the electric hoist attached on a cantilever, regardless of rotation, run, orlifting movement fully realize electronic control, greatly reduces the labor intensityand work efficiency.
