企业在竞争激烈的市场环境中,创新被视为获得竞争优势的重要途径。本文旨在探讨差错取向和挑战性-阻碍性压力源对员工创新行为的影响。通过文献综述和理论分析,发现差错取向和挑战性-阻碍性压力源对员工的创新行为具有双重作用。
首先,差错取向主要关注员工对错误的反应和处理方式。差错取向的员工更加接受错误,将其视为学习的机会,从而更有可能尝试新的方法和创新解决方案。与之相反,如果员工对错误持有否定态度并试图避免错误发生,很难产生创新行为。
其次,挑战性-阻碍性压力源是两种不同类型的压力源。挑战性压力源是指激励员工寻找解决困难和面对挑战的动力,这种压力可以提高员工的创新动机和创造力。然而,阻碍性压力源则迫使员工面对无法解决的问题和不利情境,对员工创新行为产生负面影响。

Abstract:
In a highly competitive market environment, innovation is seen as an important way to gain competitive advantage for companies. This paper aims to explore the influence of error orientation and challenge-obstacle pressure sources on employee innovation behavior. Through literature review and theoretical analysis, it is found that error orientation and challenge-obstacle pressure sources have a dual effect on employee innovation behavior.
First, error orientation focuses on employees' responses and ways of dealing with mistakes. Employees with an error orientation are more accepting of mistakes and see them as learning opportunities, making them more likely to try new methods and innovative solutions. In contrast, if employees have a negative attitude towards mistakes and try to avoid them, it is difficult to generate innovative behavior.
Second, challenge-obstacle pressure sources are two different types of pressure sources. Challenge pressure sources motivate employees to seek solutions to difficulties and face challenges, which can enhance employees' motivation and creativity for innovation. However, obstacle pressure sources force employees to face problems and unfavorable situations that cannot be solved, which has a negative impact on employee innovation behavior.
Research has shown that error orientation and challenge-obstacle pressure sources have an interactive effect on employee innovation behavior. When employees have an error orientation, challenge pressure sources can enhance their innovation capability. Conversely, when employees lack error orientation, obstacle pressure sources will inhibit their innovation behavior.
Based on these findings, companies can take the following measures to promote employee innovation behavior:
1. Establish a positive error culture and encourage employees to accept mistakes and learn from them.
2. Design incentive mechanisms to reward employees who respond positively to challenge pressure sources, further enhancing their innovation motivation.
3. Reduce the existence of obstacle pressure sources and provide a good work environment and resource support to mitigate the negative situations faced by employees.
This study has important implications for business managers. They should fully understand the influence of error orientation and challenge-obstacle pressure sources on employee innovation behavior and adopt corresponding strategies to stimulate employees' innovation potential based on the actual situation.
