摘要
离心泵在工业和农业各部分使用非常广泛,双吸单级泵实际上等于将两个相同的叶轮背靠背地装在一根轴上并联地工作这种泵流量大能自动平衡轴向力。双吸离心泵是从叶轮两面进水的离心泵,因泵盖和泵体是采用水平接缝进行装配的,又称为水平中开式离心泵。与普通离心泵相比,效率高、流量大、扬程较高。双吸单级泵一般采用半螺旋形吸入室。运行平稳优化设计的双吸叶轮使轴向力减小到最低限度,且有优异水力性能的叶型,并经精密铸造,泵壳内表面及叶轮表面极其光华具有显著的抗汽蚀性能和高效率。从电机的选择计算、轴的选择计算、叶轮的尺寸以及水泵的外形尺寸的确定,基本上解决了泵的大体结构,在其它部件中,连接法兰、叶轮螺母等都是根据具体位置来计算设计的,根据泵工作的环境和轴经的大小选择机械密封以满足工作要求。轴封可选用机械密封或填料密封,能保证8000小时运行无泄漏。

Abstract

Smooth operation optimization design of double suction impeller to minimize the axial force, and have excellent hydraulic performance of leaf type, and the precision casting, pump shell surface and the surface of the impeller is extremely guanghua has significant anti cavitation performance and high efficiency .Calculated from the motor of choice, the choice of axis calculations, the pump impeller size and shape to determine the size, basically to solve the general structure of the pump, in other parts, the connection flange, impeller nuts are all calculated based on specific location designed to work under the pump shaft by the size of the environment and select mechanical seal to meet the job requirements. Choose mechanical seals or packing seal of the shaft sealing system. Can guarantee 8000 hours running without leakage.
